1 1/2 cup Walnuts
1/2 cup Pepita Seeds
1/4 cup Olive oil, more as needed
Slowly add seeds and nuts to your Vitamix blender, add 1/4 cup at a time. Add a splash of olive oil when the mix becomes a little too dry. You are looking to add enough olive oil so your walnut butter is spreadable. Mix part of the nuts remove and then start on another batch. Stop the blender to carefully stir the nuts in the blender and use the pulse setting so as not to get the blender too hot.
