Fat burning sleepy time Choc Covered Cherry Shake

Protein shake meets natural melatonin producing cherries in this nighttime treat. My friend shared her recipe (along with this one) and I am oh so glad. Now I added a few tweaks but not many. The collagen will help your muscles, hair, bones and nails while the protein powder burns fat over night. Win, win!

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used this one let Caroline know if you want info about this product)

2 tsp collagen

2 tbsp cocoa powder

1 cup unsweetened nut milk

2 tbsp ground flaxseed

1 1/2 cup spinach or kale

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup frozen cherries

Blend all in your high speed blender. Catch some good zzzz’s. Enjoy!
