You want pudding but you’re trying to eat raw, what do you do? You add chia seeds to your chai and you got an awesome combination. Too tired in the morning to think of breakfast, well here‘s your answer. This little shot of breakfast is prepared the night before. Need an extra boost, add espresso. Viola!
2 cups almond or your favorite milk
4 tbsp your favorite chai tea latte drink mix (mine is pictured here, let Caroline know if you want more information on this drink mix)
1/2 cup chia seeds
Blend all in blender, pour in espresso cup. Store in refrigerator overnight.

Chai Seasoning Mix:
1/8 tsp Ginger, ground
1/8 tsp Cardamom, ground
1/8 tsp Anise Seed, ground
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/8 tsp Cloves, ground
1/4 tsp Black Pepper, fresh ground
