Almond Butter, to Chai or not to Chai?

Almond Butter: 1 cup roasted Almonds 1/2 cup roasted Cashews 1/2 cup Pepita Seeds Olive oil, as needed

Slowly add roasted nuts to your Vitamix blender, add a 1/4 cup at a time. Add a splash of olive oil when the mix becomes a little too dry. You are looking to add enough olive oil so your peanut butter is spreadable. Stop the blender to carefully stir the nuts in the blender and use the pulse setting so as not to get the blender too hot. Chai Seasoning Mix: 1/8 tsp Ginger, ground 1/8 tsp Cardamom, ground 1/8 tsp Anise Seed, ground 1/4 tsp Cinnamon 1/4 tsp Nutmeg 1/8 tsp Cloves, ground 1/4 tsp Black Pepper, fresh ground

Almond Butter add Chai: Add chai seasoning mix to 1 cup almond butter. Add 2 Tbsp to make spreadable. Spoons up!

Chocolate Chai Healthy Nutella: 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder 1 tsp Collagen Protein

1 tsp Tumeric 1/2 tsp Chai Seasoning Mix 2 Tbsp Almond Butter 2 Tbsp water

1 tsp honey 2 tsp Cocoa Nibs for crunch, optional

Stir together first 3 ingredients. Add nut butter. Stir and drizzle in water adding more as needed, add water to make combination spreadable. Spread on toast and sprinkle with cocoa nibs.
